WASHING AND DISINFECTION OF NEW WATER TANKS

(a) Before beginning the work, the technical person in charge will be going to proceed the checkinf of the works to execute;

(b) All the surfaces to wash will be wetted by a strong water jet, to the pressure of the net (of preference 5 bar), removing rude sediments and sands, being careful to apply the last watery, including in the ceilings;

(c) To proceed the washing of these surfaces and the ceilings through abundant water with least incorporation of 50 mg/L of peroxide of hydrogen, which is added through a bomb;

(d) To control the presence of bactericide in the surfaces usually resorts to the indicator strip, must present a least concentration of 25 mg/L of peroxide of hydrogen, which is added trhough a bomb;

(e) In the end the watery will have to be given with drinkable water;

(f) To the entry of the water tank is put a certificate, by the technical person in charge, with the date and with the products that were used in the washing and bacteriologic disinfection;

(g) Subsequently a report is prepared with the real state of the inner surfaces of the tank, so that, at the whole moment it is possible to know how the surfaces are.
This report always includes all the considered anomalies.

The surfaces disinfected with ALBISHAUSEN products, as above is recommended, can be immediatly put again in service.

Since the ALBILEX-SUPER-des rots completely in water and oxygen, can be unloaded directly to the net sanitation without any environmental risk, as well as no treatment is necessary to the effluent that is originated from the cleaning and disinfection.
In case of use of sodium hypoclorite, this one has to be neutralized before the sending for the hydric system, raising the price of the process of disinfection.

CONSIDERATIONS ABOUT THE EXECUTION PROCESS

1. During the washing and disinfection the whole people will have to wear wellington boots, appropriate white suits, rubber gloves and helmet. In the entry of the water tank, a container will have to have a solution of ALBILEX-SUPER-des, in way that nobody enters without proceeding to the disinfection of the shoe.

2. The use of washing-machines will not be allowed to middle or high pressure, since they damage the surfaces. The water to use in the washing will have to be projected through hoses and noozles type fireman, with abundant jet and the very pressure up to 10 bar.

3. The whole people wrapped in these works has a valid Medical Aptitude Register, in accordance with the Entrance Hall nº 1031/2002, in 10th of Agost.
